Chicken Francese(Food Network)

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

flour for dreading

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

4 eggs

3 Tb water

1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 lemon, with rind, cut into thin rounds

1/2 dry white wine

1 c chicken broth

1/2 lemon juice

2 Tb unsalted butter

1/4 c chopped flat-leaf parsley

*Crumble bacon on the top, added touch by slave.
